Joachim is an experienced software engineer with strong focus on quality.

After working for 5 years in a software company in the semiconductor industry he came to workload management in 1999. First doing professional services and training for customers, then as software engineer.

He was leading the Grid Engine QA and sustaining team at Sun Microsystems. At Univa Joachim worked as Senior Software Engineer with a strong tie to customer support and quality assurance, most recently at Altair as Lead Software Developer.
